Who we are
Lighthouse Digital Studio is a trade name of Michael Messina, a sole proprietor based in Franklin Square, New York. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean Michael Messina d/b/a Lighthouse Digital Studio. We produce short-form marketing videos for trade contractors on a monthly subscription basis.

Information you give us directly:
- Name, email address, business name, and phone number when you sign up for a plan, contact us, or apply to our affiliate program
- Billing information (handled by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details)
- Business details and content preferences you provide through our intake form
- Any other information you choose to share through email, contact forms, or messages
Information we collect automatically:
- IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages visited, time spent on the site, and how you arrived (referral source)
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see below)
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:

- Rewardful — affiliate program tracking (only if you sign up as an affiliate or are referred by one)
- Revid.ai and similar AI tools — video production (no customer personal information is sent to these — only the business content and preferences you share with us)
Each of these providers has their own privacy policy.
We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
Cookies and tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, understand site traffic, and improve your experience. Specifically, we use:
- Google Analytics 4 — tells us how many people visit, which pages they read, and roughly where they came from. It sets cookies and shares this data with Google. You can opt out across all sites with Google’s browser add-on.
- Meta Pixel — measures whether our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to enquiries, and allows us to show ads to people who have visited the site. You can control this in your Facebook ad preferences.

- Rewardful — records that an affiliate referred you, so they get credited. Only relevant if you arrive through an affiliate link.

Some parts of the site may not work as expected with cookies disabled. We do not use these tools to identify you personally, and we do not sell the data they produce.
